  1. Client<\/strong>\u00a0: The client is the person who makes the booking and takes responsibility for all other passengers in his\/her party.<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Airport Transfers<\/strong>\u00a0: Transport provided to clients travelling to\/from travel centres such as Airports.<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Resort-Link Transfers<\/strong>\u00a0: Transport provided to clients travelling to\/from resorts or local towns\/train stations to\/from other resorts or local towns.<\/mark><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    BOOKING CONFIRMATION<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. All reservations requests submitted by the \u2018User\u2019 through the website\u2019s online booking system will be confirmed by a confirmation email sent by the Website, in order to be considered \u2018Accepted\u2019. Reasonable efforts will be made to ensure that the User will receive this confirmation email in the 2-4 hours following the sent of the reservation request.<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. The \u2018User\u2019 is responsible for the accuracy of the details (contact details and transfer details) he\/she provides through the online booking system. It is his\/her responsibility to correctly fill in the Reservation Form and check the accuracy of the details of his\/her booking confirmation email.<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. The reservation function offered by\u00a0RHODES-AIRPORT-TAXI.COM<\/strong>\u00a0is free of any charge, to its users. The User (customer of the transfer service) will have to pay in cash, his\/her Vehicle transfer service provider when arriving at his\/her destination or prepay by credit card.<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. The User can change or cancel his\/her reservation up to 3hrs before, without any charge.<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. RHODES-AIRPORT-TAXI.COM<\/strong>\u00a0can not be held responsible for various unexpected events that might take place before or during your transfer (such as accidents, events of political nature, roads blocked due to extreme natural phenomena or other phenomena of a higher power, extreme adverse driving conditions, unexpected mechanical problems and failures of our vehicles, strikes declared by the local Taxi Unions etc.) which will prevent us from providing you our services as have been agreed. We also can not be held responsible for any damage caused to you due to a delayed arrival at your destination.<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. In the case of such unforeseen events we will notify you immediately of our inability to provide you with our services and we will provide all possible information in order to help you get alternative modes of transportation.<\/mark><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      PRICES<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      1. All prices are inclusive of (VAT). Prices include fuel and vehicle fees, the chauffeurs\u2019 remuneration and legal liability insurance for all passengers.<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Prices quoted for all Transfers are in Euros.<\/mark><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
